The Business Centre

The Centre has 50 offices located over three floors, boasts CAT5 cabling throughout with a Samsung Officeserv 7400 telephone system which runs on ISDN telephone lines, ensuring the best quality digital calls. Direct Dial In (DDI) telephone lines ensure corporate identity within the Centre.

Whether you require a short-term office for a project team, a long-term corporate head office or simply an office close to home, a serviced office can offer a flexible, cost effective and swift solution. Our quality serviced offices are rented on a licence agreement which is less onerous than a lease. Your licence will be for twelve months but should you wish to cancel your agreement, only three month’s notice would be required. The Centre benefits from an excellent security system and CCTV is in operation both inside and outside the building. Shower facilities and cycle racks are provided.

Broadband

An uncontended Broadband service operates in the centre; this service is best suited for light to moderate internet usage, about 4 P.C.’s per office. The service provides a class C subnet range, for local static or dynamic IP addressing. Alternatively, static public IP’s are available if you require this service to run a VPN or other applications that require this service. Connections are delivered by an Ethernet (RJ45) to an available socket in your office and technical assistance is available.
